3. Payment Terms

All consultations must be paid for in advance. Payments are processed through Payment Gateway, and you will receive a confirmation upon successful payment.

4. No Refunds

All payments are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed consultations.

5. Registration is not a right for consultation

Mere registration on this platform is not a guarantee for a right to consultation which are subject to the payment of the consultation fees, availability of the doctor and confirmation of the appointment. In case the appointment is not confirmed and your payment has gone through, it will automatically be reversed.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use our services responsibly and for lawful purposes only. Dr. Sangeetha Sharma reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dr. Sangeetha Sharma is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Secunderabad jurisdiction only.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
